Caring for Families Since 1976

Your First Visit

Your assessment follows a standard medical model. We take a clear history, perform orthopaedic and neurological tests, and use chiropractic assessments. X‑rays are ordered only when clinically necessary, and are referred to a radiologist who bulk bills through Medicare.

How We Treat

Treatment combines chiropractic and osteopathic methods. Soft‑tissue work, massage, and joint adjustments are used together to improve comfort and speed recovery. Adjustments are always performed into pain‑free directions for safety and ease.

If you prefer not to have manual manipulation, we offer non‑manipulative options including soft‑tissue techniques and the electronic Impulse adjusting instrument.

Monitoring Your Progress

We check improvement before, during, and after treatment. This may include changes in pain, movement, strength, or sensation. Because we take time with soft‑tissue work and posture coaching, most problems resolve quickly and with fewer overall visits.

Posture Coaching

Many problems are aggravated by everyday habits such as slouching, lifting incorrectly, or sleeping in awkward positions. We teach posture awareness techniques drawn from Alexander, Feldenkrais, mirror feedback, and other methods to help reduce relapses and improve general wellbeing.

Exercise and Rehabilitation

We provide simple daily exercises to maintain lower‑back mobility, plus graded core‑stability work using a gym ball. These exercises support treatment, reduce relapse risk, and build overall strength.

Home‑Based Support

If you cannot walk, we can arrange house calls. If bed traction is needed, we can set it up in your home using one of our traction units, avoiding unnecessary hospital visits.

How Often You’ll Need Treatment

We aim to fix problems as quickly as possible. Once symptoms settle, we usually suggest maintenance visits about every six weeks, but the choice is yours. Maintenance helps keep joints moving normally and reduces long‑term wear.

Our Commitment to You

We focus on safe, effective, and cost‑effective care. Every decision is made in your best interests, just as we would for our own families. And above all, we listen.
